Who we are
This website (rot90s.com) is run by ROT90S LTD, trading as Rhythm of the 90s ("ROT90s", "we", "us"). ROT90S LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16366417, registered office 22 The Nursery, Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4UA. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
Contact for any privacy question or request: info@rot90s.com, or write to us at the registered office address above. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not required to.
Your cookie choice
We use essential storage so the site can remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing tools stay off unless you choose to allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time; withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
What we collect, why, and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Data | Lawful basis (UK GDPR Art 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Remembering your cookie choice | Your consent choices and a timestamp, stored in your browser only | Legal obligation (PECR/UK GDPR record of consent) and legitimate interests; strictly necessary storage, so no consent needed |
| Website analytics (Google Analytics 4), only if you allow "Analytics" | Pages viewed, clicks (e.g. showreel plays, ticket-link clicks), device/browser type, approximate location, online identifiers | Consent (Art 6(1)(a)) |
| Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), only if you allow "Marketing" | Visits, showreel plays, booking-enquiry and outbound ticket clicks, browser identifiers, IP address | Consent (Art 6(1)(a)) |
| Answering booking and general enquiries by email | Name, email address, phone number, organisation, event details and anything you choose to tell us | Steps before entering a contract / performance of a contract (Art 6(1)(b)) for bookings; legitimate interests (Art 6(1)(f)) in replying to other enquiries |
| Show alerts via Bandsintown, only if you open and submit the signup form | Email address and/or details you give Bandsintown | Consent (Art 6(1)(a)); Bandsintown also processes this under its own policy |
| Running and promoting shows with our promoter | Enquiry and booking details needed to deliver a show | Legitimate interests (Art 6(1)(f)) and contract (Art 6(1)(b)) |
| Keeping business and tax records | Booking correspondence, invoices | Legal obligation (Art 6(1)(c)) |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, our interest is running and promoting the band's live shows; we have weighed this against your rights and you can object at any time.
We do not process ticket purchases on this website: ticket purchases happen on the ticket seller's own site, and they are the controller of that data.
